Some generic outline to explain that the Parish Council doesn't do everything, but that there are other authorities too.

Woodland walks and footpaths

The parish has some wonderful walks and footpaths and the parish council along with the help of Julian Bunn tries to keep these looking nice and accessible for all to use. Unfortunately some landowners do not adhere to their duties on keeping them clear
